Your first step is booking a free consultation with me where you have your individual circumstances taken into consideration and discover if you are ready to commence your approved provider journey. See you in there! Jodie.
In the meantime, take a few minutes to familiarise yourself with the APA Program.
You don’t know until you know!
On too many occasions over the years applicants have reached out seeking support once they receive a Not Approved letter which can be disheartening, confronting and in some cases devastating.
The language and terminology used in the non-approval letter states: ‘YOU HAVE BEEN DETERMINED AS NOT FIT AND PROPER TO OPERATE AN EDUCATION AND CARE SERVICE’ and more often than not this comes at the final stage of the application, the approval to administer Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
The final application is assessed by the Commonwealth Department of Education and results in more refusals that the state applications. Furthermore, when a non-approval is issued at that stage the applicant has already invested up to two years of time, effort and money with disappointing results. Please note there have been some instances where we have been able to challenge and overturn the outcome, however this is difficult and unlikely at this point.
